The location of Mountain Vista Inn & Suites - Parkway in Pigeon Forge is perfect for exploring the area. It's close to the town center, various attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and within walking distance to the Island.

The location was great, with plenty of dining options and activities nearby, like The Island for entertainment and shopping. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up getting a suite, which wasn't amazing but it had a nice tub and a beautiful view. The best part was the presidential suite we upgraded to, it was spacious and comfortable, and the whole room smelled like apple pie. The staff was consistently friendly and the pool was open late. a great stay!
